Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) is committed to provide good quality accommodation to all students. The main purpose of the Centre for Student Housing (PPP) is to support the mission and vision of the university.
The PPP consists of three sections namely the Administration and Finance Section , Services and Maintenance Section and Services and Accommodation and Business Operation Section . The centre is headed by a Director and well supported by a pool of dedicated and trained administrative staff. The team has the task of managing all the 6 Residential Complex (RC) for both local and international students.

- In all cases, students wishing to stay off-campus should not commit themselves in any way (through promises, deposits, or by signing tenancy agreement) to off-campus housing until they have been officially notified of the approval of their requests by the UniMAP DVC(Student Affairs and Alumni). Having signed a lease for off-campus accommodations does not exempt a student from the University’s residential requirement.

Students are not allowed to stay off campus without approval from university.
- Students who apply after the stated deadlines will NOT BE CONSIDERED for the current semester fee refund.
- Application must be made according to deadlines as follow:
Semester 1 - 15th October
Semester 2 – 15th March - Students can apply through the following departments:
